I'm Bill, founder of Redram Tech. I build websites, web apps, and custom software for service businesses across Essex and the UK, from a simple company website to a full booking-and-invoicing system, whichever your business needs. Several of my friends and relatives are teachers, and over the years I've seen the same pattern repeat: the lessons themselves are never the hard part. It's everything around them: tracking who's booked in, sending invoices, chasing late payments, staying on top of tax records. Admin that has nothing to do with teaching, quietly eating into time that should go to students.

Most tools available don't help much. They're built for large agencies, or designed for markets outside the UK with no understanding of how UK sole traders actually manage their finances. So I built LessonSync, with scheduling, invoicing, client management, and a year-on-year earnings view built specifically for UK private tutors. It handles the admin so tutors can focus on what they're actually there to do.
